Turkish Delight Restaurant & Takeaway in Chorlton started over 35 years ago and is still going strong today, run by a new management and their great team, they offer a great insight into the world of Turkish cuisine and at the same time giving the traditional Turkish a modern twist in both taste and presentation. We believe in keeping our cooking in some ways rather simplistic in its ingredients, which ensures that we get all the great taste by drawing out all the flavour from the ingredients we do use, giving very clean tastes, everything identifiable from the garlic to the lemon to coriander and so on.
Our menu caters for most palets and we make everything on the premises which ensures that we know exactly what ingredients goes into our food. This is great for people with food intolerances such as wheat, flour and dairy allergies as we can offer food without such ingredients. We have on many occasions prepared specialist meals for customers with special dietary requirements.

"Recommended by my sister when looking for a tasty night time treat. I like the fact that as you walk into the venue the massive grill is open to see and serves both the restaurant and takeaway punters. I had chicken kofta, my wife kebab, and sister falafel sandwich. It was grilled in front of us and when done served up with a ton of salad and wrapped in freshly grilled naan. The sauces are homemade and superb. The only problem we had eating them was how big the kebabs were. This is splendid Manc grub!"
"Had another lovely meal at this wonderful Turkish restaurant in Chorlton. The lamb shish was so tender and the accompaniments are always tasty. Baklava for dessert was scrummy as was the Rum Baba. From the exterior this just looks like a takeaway but the restaurant tables are in the rear and downstairs. You can take your own wine or beer but they do offer a selection on sale. The staff are always friendly and attentive. Our go-to Turkish restaurant when in the area."
"I ordered a mix kebab sandwich which included chicken thigh,seek kebab and lamb donner, meat was to top quality and cooked very nicely,not burnt etc...served with fresh nan and salad and youghurt and a mix chilli sauce, would defo recommend if your in the area..price wise quite reasonable,that sandwich set me back about £7, well worth it. "
